Most in-home estimate appointments take between 30 and 60 minutes depending on the size of the space and how many rooms are being measured. During that time our specialist will measure the area, discuss your flooring preferences, review product samples if needed, and answer any questions you have about materials, installation timelines, and pricing.
OC Flooring serves the full Ottawa region from our two showroom locations. Our Orleans showroom at 1449 Youville Drive serves the east end, including Orleans, Gloucester, and Cumberland. Our Kanata showroom at 600 Eagleson Road serves the west end, including Kanata, Stittsville, Barrhaven, Nepean, and the surrounding communities. Both locations offer the same full range of flooring products and installation services.
OC Flooring supplies and installs hardwood, luxury vinyl plank and tile, laminate, carpet, tile, area rugs, and specialty flooring options. We are a full-service flooring company, meaning we handle everything from product selection and measurement through to professional installation. You do not need to source materials separately or coordinate a separate installer.
Both the Orleans and Kanata showrooms are open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The showrooms are closed on Sundays. Walk-ins are welcome, though booking an appointment ensures a flooring specialist is available to give you their full attention.
